We are saddened by these events and encourage you to contact your local, state and national representatives to let them know how you feel about these attacks by Hamas and the importance of demonstrating support for the Jewish State as it responds to these lethal acts that threaten Israel's very existence.

Shaarey Tphiloh remains closed for regular services out of public health concerns, but with vaccinations beginning, we are starting to consider our reopening plans.

FIGHTING WHITE SUPREMACY IN 2021: FROM CHARLOTTESVILLE TO THE CAPITOL Tuesday, May 25th | 7 PM Presented by the JCA’s Community Relations Council
From the Charlottesville violence to the Capitol insurrection to the shootings in Atlanta targeting the Asian American community, hate crimes and domestic extremism are at record levels—and we’re facing a dangerous and dire threat of white supremacy.
Join us via Zoom for a critical conversation with Integrity First for America’s Amy Spitalnick on their groundbreaking Charlottesville suit and how we can fight back against the rising tide of violent hate. We will be joined by Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, Portland City Councilor Pious Ali, and Reverend Kenneth Lewis who will participate in this important conversation.
